TL;DR - I was a chef and food writer once upon a time,
and now I'm a mom who cooks and writes.

This blog is a collection of my culinary school journey,
over 10 years in the restaurant industry, and the delicious bits that result from the trials of motherhood.

I don’t have time to read 27 paragraphs on how someone’s dead dog inspired them to create blueberry mac & cheese – so I wouldn’t want to do that to you. This blog is 80% recipes and tips + 20% rant. Let’s spend less time reading and more time eating.
